A multiple laser analyzer. The CACF currently supports 9 parameters, but the LSRII is upgradeable for up to 15 parameters analysis.The standard optical filters on the LSR allow the detection of (but are not limited to) the following fluorophores: PE-Cy7, PE-Cy5.5, PE-TexasRed, PerCP, PerCP-Cy5.5 PE, FITC, PI, APC-Cy7, APC, Hoechst, DAPI, Cascade Blue, Pacific Blue, Alexa Fluor 405 and Alexa Fluor 430. It can simultaneously detect 11 parameters (2 scatter and 9 fluorochromes).

A high speed sorter with high purity and yield. The CACF currently supports 9 fluorescent parameters, but the Aria is upgradeable for up to 12 parameters analysis. Cells can be collected under non-aseptic or aseptic conditions into tubes or multi-well plates.

A platform for fast and sensitive high-content analysis of proteins in cell biology, immunology, and proteomics.

 


BD Pathway 855

Platform for High through-put microscopy. Can perform in either confocal or non-confocal mode. Is capable of live cells assays such as calcium flux, live/dead assay, etc with incubator and fluidic functionality. Uses special 96 well/384 well plates or slide format with 4 color capability.
