For Aria / LSR II / Array Users:
All users are requested to contact the facility at least two business days in advance for cell analysis or sorting. It is recommended to check the availability of the instrument before starting your experiment in order to ensure that samples will be run on time. Please contact the facility as soon as possible if any changes to your scheduled time is needed.
For BD Pathway 855 users:
All users must submit a Pathway Protocol Information sheet and a 96 Well Plate template to the Cell Analysis Core prior to scheduling an appointment for the BD Pathway 855. First time user?
Please contact Mary Price, prior to scheduling so that you can be assured that the facility is prepared to meet your needs and to expedite any special requests. Explain what you hope to achieve and we will help you to decide what instrumentation would most suit your needs. A brief consultation on experimental design to discuss controls needed and an introduction to sample preparation is required.
