Cancer Counseling Center

The Patricia Trost Friedler Cancer Counseling Center offers counseling for patients and their families. We also offer at no charge to all patients as well as the general public the opportunity to attend weekly support groups for cancer patients, cancer survivors, and their care-givers and loved ones. In addition, a multi-media library of information is available to assist in learning about the physical and emotional impact of cancer on the lives of cancer patients and their friends and loved ones.

In the words of our mission statement, this approach is born of "a firm belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and that there are rich untapped resources deep within each person." Friends and loved ones often need assistance in order to continue their vigilant support of the patient. It is our goal through these programs to provide education, enrichment, and fortification of the strength possessed by patients and their friends and loved ones. We are committed to your health and to healing you completely - body, mind and spirit.
