Welcome
About Cancer Crusaders...
Cancer Crusaders was founded in 1976 and incorporated in 1978 for the purpose of raising funds for cancer research in the Greater New Orleans area. It is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization with no administrative overhead and is not affiliated with any other cancer fund-raising organization. Since 1978 proceeds raised by the organization, which total in excess of $2 million, have been divided equally between the Tulane Cancer Center and LSU's Stanley S. Scott Cancer Center, (partners in the Louisiana Cancer Research Consortium) for the express purpose of cancer research.
Donations, Memorials & Honorials.....
A donation to Cancer Crusaders is a meaningful way to remember loved ones at special times of the year or to send condolences to the families of those who have passed on. Upon receipt of your gift, a beautiful card is sent to the individual being honored or to the family of the person being remembered acknowledging your donation. The amount of the gift is not mentioned. Donations in lieu of birthday, anniversary, or holiday gifts are a lovely way to celebrate special occasions or to honor someone you love.
