chronic lymphocytic leukemia
This is a cut surface of a liver in chronic lymphocytic
leukemia. Remember that the sinusoids of the liver are part of
the reticuloendothelial system and are commonly involved with
leukemia as are the lymph nodes and spleen. Notice the pale,
bulging surface.
