DESQUAMATIVE INTERSTITIAL PNEUMONITIS (DIP), PAS STAIN, MICRO - The intralveolar macrophages in DIP show cytoplasmic PAS positivity (red). The positivity corresponds to cytoplasmic pigment seen in macrophages of DIP.
