Goals and Objectives
- Identify potential gap in insurance coverage when moving from one insurance
company to another.
- Determine how to rate the financial stability of an insurance company when
purchasing med/malp. coverage.
- Be aware of the causes of medical malpractice claims, "why patients sue".
- Be able to put into practice methods of reducing the risks-Beginning in
the clinical clerkship and residency years.
