Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Unusual Characteristics of this CXR include: 1. Diffuse atelectasis surrounded by trapped air ( Ground Glass appearance)
                                                                  2. Mediastinal air (best seen left lung and left heart border)
                                                                  3. Et tube tip at clavicles (Too high)
                                                                  4. Air bronchograms
                                                                  5. Large gastric bubble
                                                                  6. Hazy heart borders
