The Doctoral Program in Pharmacology conforms to the regulations of the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program where all doctoral students take the same multidisciplinary courses during the first year, and then select pharmacology discipline as their choice during the second year to pursue their research goals.
Application
Students who wish to be admitted to the Doctoral program in Biomedical Sciences should apply online. Information on the application process can be found on the Biomedical Sciences (BMS) website. The BMS website also contains information on application requirements & deadlines.
GRE Test Scores
All applicants to the Doctoral Program are required to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) general test. A minimum combined score of 1100 (Verbal 550 + Quantitative 550) is required for the applicant to be considered. The GRE subject test is not required. For GRE information, visit the GRE web site or contact the Educational Testing Service (ETS). When requesting ETS to send your score to the Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences, please use the code for the school (6178). |
