The primary forms have been created to assist in the IRB review process.  As such, all IRB submissions must be accompanied by the appropriate primary form and a detailed cover letter.  Please refer to the submission instructions link for further information regarding the IRB submission process.  We hope this will minimize the review and approval time period.
