Marie Millande Tulme Ms. Tulme was born in Port au Prince in a family of 9 children. She received her nursing degree in 1989 from the National School of Nursing in Port au Prince. She began working for MARCH in 1990 as the Head Nurse. After receiving a specialization in Community Health from the Haitian Institute for Public Health in 2000, she served as MARCH’s Community Health Director for 5 years. In January 2005, she began to work as the MARCH HIV Program Manager. Her duties include the supervision of all HIV/AIDS activities, the organizer and trainer of accompagnateurs and field agents and keeping track of inventory and supplies for the program. |
