Mario Bellevue Mario Bellevue was born and raised in one of our satellite service areas, the village of Savanette. He is the MARCH accountant, but his community efforts go much further than merely accounting for expenditures. He is also the Director of a community-based cooperative microcredit organization, called SCOCENTER (Societe Cooperative du Centre). His motivation: To benefit the community with my training and knowledge, to assist with the development of our community through small loans coming from the SCOCENTER. I am especially interested in integrating HIV infected persons who are taking antiviral therapy into the microcredit loan program, so that they may be supported. What motivates me the most is to be able to serve others.
