| Leica SP2 AOB Confocal Microscopy System equipped with five lasers, including Argon 458, 488 and 514, HeNe 543, 594 and 633, and blue diode 405nm lines. The inverted-stage microscope has a Mercury lamp, filter blocks for UV, FITC and RD/TR emission, 10x - 63x objectives, and condensers and prism for DIC imagine. The scan head incorporates variable pinhole diameter and resolution up to 4096 x 4096 pixels. The control workstation includes scanner driver electronics and software for volume rendering, 3D reconstruction and animation, stereo images, and average and maximum point projections. |
