Cost Sharing Policy - Unallowable Costs
The following conditions do not allow expenses to be considered as cost sharing:
- expenses that are already committed to another project as cost sharing
- costs that are not allowable as direct charge on the award (for example, administrative salaries, services, and supplies, or salary amounts in excess of the agency cap)
- cost overruns
- federal funds used to cost share on another federal project
- unallowable costs as defined in A-21, section J
